Purpose

This site is a platform allowing access to Eco Impact services.

The purpose of the general conditions of use (CGU) is to define the terms and conditions under which: Eco Impact makes this site and its services available to the user, and how the user is authorized to use them.

Eco Impact reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force during each use of the site.

Access to the site and services

Eco Impact does not provide computer and telecommunications resources allowing access to the eco-impact.io site.

If after contacting Eco Impact, a user considers that his “Informatique et Libertés” rights have not been respected, he can file a complaint with the CNIL.
